Welcome my friend Chad to the blogging world! He’s been posting on xanga for a while, but he decided to create a wordpress blog and enter into the blogosphere.

Chad is an amazing musician on his own journey! Chad’s been blind since birth and has been going deaf over the years – and he’s only 26. He takes it on with great faith that God will bring healing – and we’ve been praying diligently for that now for about 10 years. Chad went to FC as an angry and bitter teenager. He met the Lord and started playing keys. Make no mistake, you may find him on a drum kit or even on a trumpet, but his true gifting rests in his rhythms (we went to college together and I would often find a dozen or so guys rapping in his room while he laid down tracks with his drum machine) and his gift on the keys. This guy hears it once and tears it up.

Chad even made a trip to Nashvegas last year and played for us at UC on our pre-launch weekend! In addition to all that, he recently completed a program and certified as a programmer. Drop by and read what he’s got to say. Most days, he spend hours in prayer and reading the word. He’s a musician like few I’ve ever met, and he’s got an amazing gift of exhortation and faith!
